How it works
We will contact you via the telephone, on receipt of your Booking Request, to confirm your interest and our availability.
Should you still wish to proceed with your booking, subject to availability, you will be given our bank details to make the required payment.
Once we have received your payment we will send you a Booking Confirmation email.
At the beginning of June Glastonbury Festival will issue us your printed festival tickets and car pass, to allow you to access our camping field. Once we have received them we will post you your Car Pass, Booking Confirmation Certificate (which you must bring with you to enable you to Check In to our campsite) and directions on how to access the festival site, and more specifically our camping field. Your festival tickets will be given to you during your Check In - you will need these to access the Glastonbury Festival site.
Check in time is between 9am and 2pm on Thursday 25th June 2020.
On arrival at our camp you will be met by one of our team whom will show you were to park and direct you to our reception area. Here you will be asked to produce your Booking Confirmation Certificate and proof of I.D so that we can issue you with your Glastonbury Festival Tickets and personalised Festibell wristband, allowing you access in and out of our camp. You will then be shown to your Tent and advised how the camp is set out, where the EXCLUSIVE facilities, such as toilets and showers etc., are located and the how to access the Glastonbury Festival Site (through pedestrian Gate C).
Pack for every eventuality! Although suntan cream and wellies may not be the most common combination, we would recommend that you pack both - Sunshine and Showers are common here at the festival! We would also recommend packing a torch, plenty of warm bedding and a throw or blanket for when the sun goes down, as the evenings can become a little nippy. Don’t forget your wash kit and towel too, you’ll be surprised how many people do!
Please be aware that certain parts of the festival continue to play music into the early hours of the morning, which is heard across the entire festival site therefore, it is our recommendation that you pack a pair of ear plugs just incase!
We will have our very own security staff at our camp which is also fully enclosed. However, Festibell Ltd cannot take responsibility for any loss of items from our tents or camp. Please check the Glastonbury Festival website for their security tips.
Check Out is on Monday 29th June 2020 before 11am - so you can have breakfast before you set off! Please remember the festivals values - LEAVE NO TRACE - we welcome our guests help in keeping our area clean and tidy.
